Lead Generation for this pan-european firm looking to increase uk market share
Nirva Systems provide documentation processes to some of the biggest firms across Europe. They came to e-style looking to dramatically increase their market share within the UK. Our Lead Generation tool was the perfect match for their requirements.
Nirva were looking to us to manage the entire lead generation process for them, from initial design right through to email delivery and analysis. The emphasis on the e-style solution delivered had to be on interaction and intelligence. The more interaction we could build into the campaigns, the greater amount of intelligence could be gathered and acted upon.
Design & Build
From a design point of view this was a good challenge as we had to ensure that not only were leads generated but any interaction embedded into the campaign had to be simple for the recipient to use. The Nirva brand was not very well known in the UK at the start of this project so emphasis was placed strongly on product. The product titles, with simple strap lines, were given more devoted space than any logo or brand identity.
When a company like Nirva moves into a new market you can never be certain how the recipients are going to respond so these campaigns had to be reactive. If something wasn’t driving response or generating intelligence then it was quickly removed and replaced with a reworked interactive element.
The interactive elements placed into the Nirva campaigns included links to brochures and white papers. We also gave recipients the option of requesting an immediate callback from a Nirva specialist. Together with traditional click throughs and multipage email campaigns we had all the elements in place to deliver Nirva exactly what they wanted, hot leads.

The Results
As each e-style campaign is launched for Nirva, live reports begin to stream over the web with each concerned party having secure access. If someone requests a call back from a Nirva consultant several triggers within e-style kick in instantly to ensure the relevant people at Nirva are aware and can respond immediately.
While we continue to work with and generate leads for Nirva Systems, we have already produced a large number of hot leads for the UK sales team. Every time Neil gets in touch to let us know about another sale it’s a great pat on the back for us.
