The e-style solution delivered had to not only encourage traffic to the website, it had to ensure that the Aftershock database grew with quality prospects who were encouraged to interact with each campaign they received.
Each campaign had to be much more than just a simple product promotion.
Very quickly, certain requirements became clear:

- Grow the Aftershock database organically
- Promote latest Aftershock product lines and special offers
- Allow users to share the email via social media
- Maintain a strong brand message throughout
- Encourage visits to the Aftershock Facebook page

Design & Build
From a design point of view this was certainly a challenge as there were many requirements to be met. It was essential that while the brand message remained strong, emphasis had to be on the product and encouraging both purchases and visits to the website.
It was decided to have a very brand heavy start to the Aftershock template design but thereafter the content had to be all product based with strong imagery, clear pricing and simple to use interaction.
Dheeraj Harjani, the Aftershock Creative Director, wanted the flow of each campaign to be smooth to reflect the style of the Aftershock collections. “Each campaign we deliver is innovative and striking. Not only has this helped sell our luxury range of women’s clothing and accessories to a wider audience, but also enabled us to see a return on our investment via an increase in sales.”

A highly flexible template design allowed each campaign to be designed bespoke by the e-style creative team. We provide Aftershock with a totally managed service so we take care of everything including design, build, broadcast and results management. Aftershock were keen to use our ‘Share2Social’ tool allowing recipients to share any AFtershock email with all their friends via Facebook. This leads to viral campaigns and a healthy sign up rate that has seen the AFtershock database grow dramatically over the last 12 months with quality prospects who are interested in the brand.
